Edinburgh Young People in Care Council (YPiCC) is recruiting! The YPiCC is run by Who Cares? Scotland and exists to give care experienced young people in Edinburgh a voice.
As a member of the YPiCC you will work with 12-18 year olds from different backgrounds who want to improve things for themselves and others. You will meet and discuss what is important to you and others in care and work on exciting projects of your choice to make a difference.
The YPiCC are running an open evening on Thursday 29th June, 5.00pm – 6.30pm, at the Commonwealth Pool, Edinburgh. If you are interested in the chance to make a difference to other children and young people in care, while gaining new skills and making new friends, please go along to find out more. The event is open to all care experienced young people, as well as carers and other adults in the young person’s life.
If you or someone you know are interested in attending, please contact Ellie Barrow or visit EVOC for more details of the event. If you would like more information about the YPiCC, please click on the poster on the right.
