Mindfulness sessions for Kinship Carers

Restore the Balance.

This seven session course begins on Thursday 5th May from 10-11 am and runs for the following 6 weeks at the same time.

This course, which is free to Kinship Carers, is facilitated by Raymy Boyle, an experienced mindfulness practitioner and coach and himself a Kinship carer.
