Budgetting: Proper budgeting is a good place to start. These resources can all help you plan your monthly outgoings and help you see where you might be able to cut costs:
Financial hardship: Our Helpline adviser can assist with what may be available in each local area or where there may be access to resources which require a referral.

Energy: If you are running out of energy on a PAYG meter – you may contact your energy supplier, many suppliers are able to assist in a crisis (you could also contact the KCASS Helpline to find out what help may be available)

Cost of living payments: The Scottish Government have introduced Cost of Living payments for those families on a low income, in receipt of a disability benefit and a winter fuel payment for pensioners. You can read about these additional supports here:
