Local Authority Contacts

This page will enable you to contact your Local Authority if you ever have an emergency or you just wish to access their website for more details. Each listing provides a link to your local authority along with contact details for their children and families or child protection teams, including their emergency out of hours contact.

If you require support from the Local Authority, support will be provided by the Local Authority where the child resided not where the Kinship Carer lives. If you need more information please contact the helpline on 08000 28 22 33 or email advice@kinshipscot.org

We would stress however that if there is an emergency where there is an immediate risk to a child we ask that you contact 999 or 101 in the first instance.
