Its our one Year Anniversary

Happy Birthday to us! Its our 1 year Anniversary today, during this time we have responded to over 2000 enquiries from Kinship Carers and professionals. We have offered over 15 sessions for Kinship Carers and professionals including Trauma and Recovery for both Kinship Carers and professionals and Therapeutic Parenting for Kinship Carers. New literature has been developed and is available on our website and we issued 11 ebulletins and newsletters over the year tripling our numbers who have signed up to receive information from the service. Our Kinship Care Advisory Group has been established and 2 meetings have been held with 2 members representing the group at strategic meetings. We are proud of our service and hope to build on the success of Kinship Care week 2021 and may even meet face to face during Kinship Care week 2022. Thank you for your support this past year and we will continue to provide support that improves outcomes for kinship families and look forward to enhancing the service in the coming months.
