Machan Trust

Nurture Scotland

Nurture Scotland specialise in supporting kinship carers in all aspects of nurturing the children in their care. They aim to support carers to maintain suitable, secure placements that enable children and young people to achieve their full potential. Youth Involvement & Family Support Project (Barnardo's)

Barnardo’s Youth Involvement Project is an intervention service working with children and families affected by the impact of parental substance use. They support young people aged 8-15 who have emerging emotional and behavioural needs. And they support families to build on the emotional resilience of each child and young person and promote positive mental health and social inclusion.

Ypeople

Ypeople, formerly YMCA Glasgow, provides support to a range of vulnerable groups. Their Ypeer Mentoring project is a service for care experienced young people (aged 14-26) in Glasgow and surrounding areas, where peer mentors support young people leaving care or making another life transition.
